Concierge Home Care takes pride in providing the highest quality in-home care to seniors throughout all of North East Florida. Our growing and dynamic team is currently seeking a positive, compassionate, and organized candidate to assist with coordinating clinicians with our clients' schedules. The right candidate must have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, ability to answer phones and direct calls, and be able to multi-task.

Under the supervision of the Director, the Scheduler meets the scheduling needs of both clients and staff through the understanding of all functions of the Home Care Office, and ensures all admissions and follow-up visits are scheduled daily. The scheduler coordinates the assignment of primary personnel for all disciplines and ensures staff maintains a productive schedule of visits as appropriate. The scheduler validates visits in order to bill.

General Responsibilities include:

  • Ensures appropriate coverage is maintained for clients receiving skilled care
  • Notifies Director of any concerns or complaints with patients or employees
  • Answers and directs phone calls
  • Uploads documents into EMR
  • Collaborates with Clinical Manager to schedule correct frequencies for patients
  • Plans and organizes work effectively
  • Ensures all patients have a primary staff member assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Good typing, clerical and computer skills
  • One (1) year clerical experience
  • One (1) year Home Health Care Scheduling Experience
